Free Standard shipping in US on orders over $49

Free Standard shipping in Canada on orders over $69 CAD placed on woolino.ca 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 11am EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Our order process is designed for you to review your order information prior to confirming it. Please review your order carefully and check for spellings in all shipping fields prior to selecting and confirming your order. If you are utilizing Amazon Pay or Shopify Pay, please note that your saved shipping address and payment option may be outdated.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and shopping cart information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds, exchanges and/or replacement shipments will not be issued on the basis of an inaccurate address or incorrectly ordered item. Woolino is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

USA customers:  

US orders with FREE Standard option (orders over $49 USD) are shipped with 2-3 business day service. Low cost 2 DAY shipping in contiguous USA are shipped with 2 business day service.

Express shipping (1-2 days) is also available at an additional cost.  Put items in your cart to see the cost at checkout.

Please note: there is no mail service on federal holidays.  An additional business day may be added to your shipping timeframe if your delivery period includes a federal holiday.

Canadian customers 

Please visit woolino.ca to place an order in local CAD currency to get your order shipped from Canadian warehouse.

International customers:

International orders over 1 pound are shipped with Fedex International Priority Express (1-3 business days service) starting at only $19.99. International orders under 1 pound are shipped with USPS International First Class (1-4 weeks service) for a flat fee of $11. 

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

COMFORTER AND PILLOW RETURNS

  • Due to the bedding law regulations, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in original packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If you are not satisfied with purchase of your comforter or pillow, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, however, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • Any product returned with a “personal odor” or other signs of use not be eligible for return. Again, by law we are prohibited from reselling used bedding and it is important that you comply with this by not using the comforter and pillow that you wish to return.
  • *Return handling fees per order:
    • $5 – pillows and crib comforters.
    • $20 – Twin, queen and king comforters
    • The return handling fee will be subtracted from your refund.

WARRANTY

  • Woolino comforters are protected by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Damage that occurs after this period is usually caused by wear and tear.
  • We will repair or replace the item that is found to be defective.
  • Shrinkage is not covered by the warranty, please follow Care Instructions carefully to ensure you get the best possible use from your comforter.
  • If you find your product to be defective, please contact us at contact@woolino.com and include your purchase date and order number.
