Machine wash on low temperature (100°F max) with mild detergent. Do not use softeners. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. To refresh and reduce washing, air often.
I love the fabric. I had to order 2 sizes up. I am usually a medium, but since the reviews said that they run tight, I sized up. Feels good at size XL.
I'm very happy with this item, it's soft, warm and well made. But I'm also very grateful to the reviewers who advised to size way up. I'm usually between a Medium and a Large, and I ordered the XL, which fits me well, but is fitted in the body. I'm 5'10 and 160lbs with long arms, narrow shoulders and larger hips.
I bought this to use as a warm layer for travel. It’s quite fitted and runs small so I had to order a larger size than I normally wear. This item is a little bulkier than other wool layering pieces I own, but I think it will provide more warmth.
I love this jacket -- I ordered based on other's reviews and got a M. My usual size is small but this time the medium -- it fits perfectly, slim and form fitting. If I wanted a little more room, I would have ordered a Large. It does run very small but the fabric is great. It's not too heavy, but perfect for travel with zippered pockets for phone. I highly recommend it -- but do yourself a favor and order a size or two up.
This jacket is fantastic! Lovely weight and features, with the thumb holes and the zippered pockets. Long length, too. Completely agree with the other reviewers about the sizing. I'm primarily a medium, and sized up to Large in this jacket and it's a perfect fit. I see this as a great daily item, plus it's PERFECT for travel. All the merino benefits with a cool kind of horizontal texture to the fabric.
Good quality jacket, but definitely runs small. I normally wear a medium, and I got an x-large after reading the reviews. Planning to take this with me to Italy this spring for a light, breathable sweater for the airplane and cool mornings/evenings.
Great jacket but sadly it runs very small. I normally wear a medium in most things. I ordered a large but that was way too small! Be advised to size up at least 2 sizes. Had to return.
I really like the jacket - the material is comfy, the color is nice, I like that the sleeves are long enough for my arms!
The torso is a slim fit but the sleeves are looser. I’m 5’ 8” 140lbs and I’m usually a medium but I ordered a large. A good choice I think considering the fit of the torso. It also says on the tag that it might shrink a bit on the first wash, so also good to order bigger.
Since I read reviews ahead of time, I knew what I needed and so it’s been a great jacket!
I agree with other reviewers that this jacket is very slim fitting, especially around the mid section. I’m three months post partum and I had to suck in a little when zipping it up. Should fit nicely (but still snug) once my body returns to pre-pregnancy. The jacket is more relaxed in the arms though. Bottom line, kind of a strange fit that may not work for everyone but it works for me.
I love the slim tailored look - but this jacket does run small. I sized up to XL and was glad I did. (Usually am between a medium and large size.) Nice slim fit, does run long, but I am tall and gratefull for sleeves that are long enough. The jacket is very lightweight- perfect for an indoor sweater, but because of the slim fit (esp in forearms), I can only wear a thin long sleeve shirt underneath. Love the zippered pockets! Seems well-constructed, but I haven’t washed it yet, so no report there.
Love the product but it has no allowance for hips. Given it’s length, there needs to be a few inches added to allow for the female form- very few of us in the real world are this straight even if we are more athletic!
I ordered a Large, I am 5’5”, 145 pounds and wear Medium tops, size 10-12 pants. This thing is so small I gave it away to a 13 year old girl. I don’t even know if a XL would fit. It’s very odd because I have a full zip Merino Wool made by Banana Republic that is a size small and fits me well. Order up one to two sizes
A nicely made light weight wool blend jacket. giving 3 stars due to fit. I am usually a large but ordered an XL after reading reviews that jacket ran small. It does and is oddly proportioned, the body fits VERY snuggly ( if there was a larger size would order instead) while the sleeves are amply sized. Keeping because it’s a nice weight and will be great for traveling since it won’t take up much space.

I’ve been wearing this full zip jacket frequently since it arrived last week (it’s been a cool summer here in Nor Cal)!
The jacket is soft and well made. I like that it provides the ability to wear it with a dress and look polished or wear it with hiking pants and a T and feel like it belongs in that space as well, making it a perfect travel jacket. The only downside, as other posters have said, is that it is sized small. I am 5’6” and 165# and normally wear a large. I purchased the XL and I initially was afraid I wasn’t going to get it zipped around the middle and I don’t have an apple shape! On the plus side is wearing it unzipped makes me look trimmer and I always like that! I’d prefer to have been able to size up one but XL is the biggest size so I’m sticking with it. If you fit within the size range and want a non-hoodie, light weight jacket I highly recommend this one! It’s also well priced for the quality!
Very soft and warm. Snug to wear under heavier layers, which is my intent. I wouldn’t want it any smaller, though! If in doubt, order larger size. (Size S—5’5”, 120)
Mixed feelings - the fabric and quality seem great but agree with others the fit is bizarre. I got a medium which seems about right for me (I'm something like 34C/36B right now) and the torso is tight and the arms are loose
This "fleece" runs very small and is also not very fleecy. It feels more like a performance fabric than fleece. I was hoping for something a little more cozy feeling. In any case, I had to return it because it was way too small, even though I ordered up a size.
I am so happy I bought this jacket! I bed share with my baby and was struggling to safely keep my upper body warm. Since my baby has the woolino sleep sack and night gown I was excited to see there was a women’s jacket option. This allows me to stay warm and also have an idea of how my baby feels in the room at night so I can adjust the temperature as needed to keep us both comfortable.
One star removed because it’s much snugger than I anticipated. I usually wear a size small but after reading reviews I got a medium and it’s still tighter than I would have expected on the torso but kind of loose on my arms.
I bought the woolino wool jacket for women in dark blue for cold Spring rowing. It fits very well for that - I bought a Large and weigh 155 pounds and am 5'9" tall. It is fitted and will not interfere with my stroke, but comfortable around the shoulders and nice that it comes down over the hands for weather protection. Looks very classic.
