I have tried for years to find a comfortable pillow. I have so many expensive pillows that hurt my neck temperpedic, down, memory foam etc. and have been using my 20 year old pillow over them. I have scoliosis and suffer from neck pain and finding a pillow that supports my neck for both back and side sleeping has never been possible until now. This pillow is amazing! I took out some filling to make it just the right height for me and it holds the shape I put in it for me to be comfortable for both back and side sleeping. I love that it has enough fill that I have extra that I removed from it to add in if I ever need to add more fluff to it later. I will likely be purchasing more for the rest of my family!

I find the pillow a little hard. It is flatter than what I’m used to and I like that - but it is hard. I’m wondering if I remove the outer pillow cover if that would help. I love the idea of wool inside as the filler being natural. I hope I can get used to the density and hardness. Great customer service!

My husband and I were looking for new pillows that were non toxic and made of wool. We chose the Woolino pillows because of the quality of a sleep sack that we had for our baby and knew they would be worth the price. My husband likes that you can remove filling as needed, but after just the first sleep we are both free of neck pain and more than happy with the pillows. We will be back for the kid pillows too!

The pillowcase is made of very nice, high-quality material. However, the filling was far too firm for my preference. I had to remove about half of the filling to make it usable. This is not a huggable pillow. It’s very firm. I’m used to much softer, fluffier fillings, and this one is completely different in terms of softness and bulk. If you like soft pillows you can hug, this may not be the right choice in my opinion.

I purchased a queen size wool pillow for myself and it’s the best pillow I’ve slept on. The pillow protector it comes with is luxuriously thick. I easily removed some of the wool stuffing to make it softer. I’m hoping they come back in stock so I can buy another! I wish there was a way I could sign up for back-in-stock notifications.

These pillows are amazing. I fell in love with wool pillows in Ireland and have been trying to find an equivalent in the US. These are it. I bought this pillow for my husband who was complaining that all the pillows I bought were just the worst lol. I’ve been meaning to move into more natural fibers in our home anyway so I was excited about this pillow. The one thing that I don’t feel like is advertised well enough, but it is an amazing feature of this pillow, is the true customization of the firmness. As you’ve seen many other people comment how firm this pillow is, but if you unzip the exterior you can actually pull out the wool tufts and customize it to your liking. This also makes it a completely washable product, unlike any other pillow that I’ve purchased. Even with a fully goose down pillow, you can’t take the feathers out because it would be too messy, but the wool is very easy to work with. I am excited to order this for myself as well and make it more of a soft pillow. However, my husband likes it as firm as it came, and he has been very pleased with the improvement in his neck and back comfort throughout the night!!

I bought two pillows queen size for my husband and me. Packaging was beautiful - pillows were in sturdy cotton bags. Pillows are on firmer size but still a bit soft. We slept a few nights and I noticed that I did not have much pain in my neck and upper back. We both really like the pillows. I hope they will last a long time.
